  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    No, we cannot hold a property until you apply for it.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    Normally when credit checks and background checks meet our criteria, we ask for 1 months security deposit and first month's rent.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    18 years or older.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Security deposit is given back upon inspection of the property. If no damages are found you will receive the entire security deposit back.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    Cosigners are needed when your background and/or credit report do not meet criteria.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Application is done through our online system.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent is paid monthly directly online.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Pets are allowed when owners accept them. A non refundable pet fee of $350 per pet is charged.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    When roommates are involved we ask to have 1 person in charge so we don't have to deal with each individual person. If someone moves out and another wants to move in, we would need to run a background and credit check on each new tenant.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    You always have to give proper notice as stated in your lease agreement.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Repairs are generally paid by owners, minor repairs under $200 must be taken care of by the tenants.
  • What happens if I want to move out before the end of the lease?

    The lease states an “Early Termination Clause”, you would be charged 2 months rent in order to break the lease.
